Balitang America has reached out to the Philippine Consulate in Los Angeles, which has jurisdiction over Texas, to see if Filipinos were among those who died or hurt after a lone gunman opened fire inside America's largest base, Fort Hood.
There is no response yet from Philippine officials but a Filipino army member and his wife said they will never forget yesterday's hours of terror.
